Whether you are buying a trial order or a regular container, the process is the same. Here is what happens after you contact us.
Enquiry and specification
Tell us the product, grade, quantity and destination. We confirm availability within two business days.
Samples and pricing
We send samples for your lab and a formal quotation with Incoterms and delivery timeline.
Contract and payment
We sign a sales contract and agree payment by bank transfer, letter of credit or escrow for first orders.
Quality control and packing
Your batch is cleaned, tested and packed to your specification, with photos before loading.
Shipping and documents
We book freight, clear the port and send the full document set and tracking until arrival.
Documents supplied with every shipment
- Certificate of origin
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of analysis
- Fumigation certificate where required
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading or airway bill
Payment terms
We accept bank transfer (TT), confirmed letters of credit (LC) and, for first orders with new buyers, secure escrow. A typical TT arrangement is a deposit on contract with the balance against copy documents.
Packaging
Agro produce ships in 25 kg or 50 kg food-grade jute or PP bags, or vacuum-sealed bags on request. Herbal capsules ship in sealed bottles of 120 capsules, packed in export cartons. Private label is available on volume orders.
Incoterms
FOB Lagos (Apapa or Tin Can): you arrange the ocean freight. CFR / CIF: we arrange freight (and insurance with CIF) to your port. DAP: we deliver to your named place, duties excluded.
